The Foundation for A Healing Among Nations has engaged in a national campaign to coordinate efforts and raise money for our Women’s Tour for Global Understanding. We have been blessed with a number of dedicated individuals and organizations who have joined us this vital initiative. As we continue our quest for global understanding, we feel it is equally important for all of us to have a clear understanding of our respective roles and responsibilities. To this end we have developed several information sheets. These are:

• Airline tickets for international participants

• Information booklets and educational background materials for tour participants

• Design and production of WTGU promotional materials including press kits, postcards, posters, brochures, one-sheets, bumper stickers, buttons, banners, pens, flyers, etc.

• Production of correspondence materials including stationery, business cards, postcard

• WTGU office expenses including domestic and international phone costs, postage, copying, equipment rental, supplies, etc.

• WTGU organizational meeting expenses, ie staff orientations, sponsor forums and dinners

• Incidentals for participants, ie disposable cameras, souvenirs, international phone cards, gift packs, film development, etc.

• Legal fees

• Pre-tour orientation session

• Site coordinator

• Research assistant

• Ethnic outreach consultants

• Web maintenance and webmaster

• WTGU administrative and staff salaries

• WTGU staff travel expenses

• Retreat supplies and materials, including workbooks, pens, audio equipment, textiles, international music tapes and CDs, sacred objects, labyrinth rental, candles, etc

• Post-tour Peacemaking Curriculum and training materials

• Post-production expenses for WTGU documentary

• Production and printing of WTGU commemorative book

• Book designer / graphic artist for commemorative book
